  • Can a Client use his or her own shipping account for delivery? +

Absolutely! Many customers and companies have negotiated rates based on volume, which means the shipment an delivery of finished work is more economical.

  • Can I cancel my Service Agreement? +

Yes.  However, you will be billed for the portion of work that has been completed.  If work has not commenced on your project, you may cancel your request and be charged a cancellation and/or delivery fee.

  • Can I see samples of the work JBSDS has done? +

In order to show you samples, we’d have to break the confidentiality of another Client’s project. JBSDS does not share, sell, or market Client information or projects. JBSDS will consult with you about your project and make suggestions on completing the project. We’ll make recommendations to you based on our expertise and experience. From time to time JBSDS may publish excerpts of client-approved work or feedback on the website to share our success on completing projects. However, our Code of Ethics, prevents us from sharing confidential Client info and projects.

  • Does JBSDS have ongoing and recurring projects with Clients? +

Yes. We have projects that we do every month for the same Client(s). We have other projects that are done as needed or every quarter. For some Clients, the project is a mailing. For others, it could be tracking or data entry. Several clients have us update their client lists with V-Cards for Microsoft Outlook on a regular basis. We also do client correspondence. Once we’ve established trust with a Client, we are given special access to log-on their work sites and we regularly complete work with their approval.

  • How are shipping and delivery charges determined? +

JBSDS does not add a service fee to delivery charges.  E-mail is the preferred method for many customers.  However, the customer decides on one of three methods:  FedEx, UPS and USPS.  The rates charged by these 3 methods are the rates that JBSDS will add to the Client invoice for delivery of finished work.  Rates are based on the timing (overnight, 2-day, 3-day, etc) of delivery and delivery zip code.

  • How does JBS DESIGNS handle rush jobs? +

Client planning is very important, so please refer to The Ideal Client page on our website.  JBSDS considers rush job as highly important and will handles as such.  Turnaround must allow for the estimated time work will be completed and the delivery.  At JBSDS, we plan how to complete projects, so delivery is always ahead of time.  We do not accept any jobs that cannot be completed and delivered on the agreed-upon time.

  • What happens if I need to move my delivery date and time up? +

All project requests with JBSDS must be made in writing. If your priorities change after we have received your order, you must contact us by e-mail ASAP with your new timing. We will inform you of the next steps, which may include an additional charge to move your order ahead of others.

  • What if I want to revise or modify a project JBSDS completed for me? Will I be charged at the same rate? +

Most projects are small usually requiring my estimate of no more than 30 – 40 minutes to complete.

  • Will I be able to check on the status of my project? +

Yes, you can track your project online or you can e-mail us.

  • Will JBSDS still charge me the flat rate of $55 per hour? +
