  • We are professionals who are here to serve you.
  • We will always respect your privacy and hold all work in the highest esteem and confidentiality.
  • We hold ourselves accountable for the receipt of your proposed project(s) and delivery of the finished job(s), utilizing the methods stated in the Service Requisition.
  • We do not publicize our Client's names. Client information/projects are confidential and will never be used for personal gain, sold, shared or disclosed to outside parties.
  • We do accept referrals from Clients. However, it is the sole decision of JBSDS to accept work/projects from any Client.
  • We do not authorize use of software or technology to perform Client projects that has not been expressly licensed by JBSDS.
  • We will not be held responsible or liable for originality of Client material, projects, proposals and submissions of work to be performed by JBSDS.
  • We will never knowingly accept jobs or projects that have been plagiarized from other sources and originators. If such a case should arise, JBSDS will immediately discontinue the work or project and notify the Client in writing of such, at which point the Service Request will become null and void.
  • Client(s) will be notified in writing by JBSDS of any condition or impairment that prevents priority completion of Client's work or project within the stated time-frame, at which time the Client may instruct JBSDS in writing of his or her decision to complete or discontinue project.
  • All communications and instruction relating to Client's work/project must be conveyed in writing.
  • All terms of the Service Request must clearly state in writing the expectations of both the Client(s) and JBSDS representative(s).
  • JBSDS will maintain general information and records of the work performed.
  • Clients who require later copies of work performed must request such in writing, with the knowledge that duplication and deliveries fees will be charged for the service.
