We are pleased to provide estimates on projects. However, some jobs are difficult to predict. We strive to provide accurate estimates when consulting with clients. If after the commencement of a project, it appears to exceed the quoted estimate, or, if the client adds more work to the project, we will require immediate (within two hours of commencement), consultation with the client on continuing workflow.
JBS Design Solutions knows how important it is that we completely understand your needs so by explaining your request in writing using the form below, we begin the process of building our service relationship. We do not accept verbal agreements for service and all services are treated as confidential per our Code of Ethics Policy.
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours or less. Fees are based specifically on the job requested. JBSDS accepts payment via PayPal and major credit cards. Many jobs are charged a flat fee of $55 per hour. Rates for projects are negotiated based on the flat rate.
Completed projects are returned to clients by E-Mail, Fax, or FedEx / UPS. Delivery costs are paid for by the client. with zero mark-up on delivery costs.
Payment will be collected prior to the delivery of the finished project.

JBS Design Solutions provides specific estimates tailored to each request. You can be confident that the quote is specifically prepared to meet your needs and that you only pay for the costs of servicing your request.
Once we have received your initial expression of interest in our services, usually within 24-48 hours, we contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to consult, either by e-mail or telephone.
During this consultation, you will tell us about your business and the type of support you are looking for. You may ask questions and we will explain how we work and how we can facilitate your needs.
Once an agreement has been made on the timeframe and project cost, we request that you sign a Service Agreement which describes the project details and our service standards. You will be required to pay a 50% deposit by credit card. When the Agreement has been countersigned, returned and the deposit has cleared, we will begin work on your project.
