We are pleased to provide estimates for tasks, however, please be mindful that due to the nature of administrative work, some jobs are very difficult to predict. We strive to provide accurate estimates and do consult with the client if, after commencement, the job appears to be going to exceed the estimate

To establish open lines of communication from the start, once we have received your initial expression of interest in our services, usually within 24-48 hours, we will contact you to follow up on your request and arrange to set up a mutually convenient time for a free consultation, either by e-mail, over the telephone or online via Skype. During this consultation, you will tell me about your business and the type of support you are looking for. You are also invited to ask any questions you might have. We will then explain how our business works and we can discuss how we can help to facilitate your needs and agree on a time frame and project cost.

Once these are agreed upon, we will request that you sign a Service Agreement which sets out the project details, as well as our policies and service standards and you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. Once the Agreement is signed and returned to us and the deposit has cleared, we will begin working with you on your project/s.

No job is too large or too small and you only pay for the time spent on the task!
